1 FOOD/CATERING

We are reaching out to local eateries who would want to donate at least a tray of finger foods, entrees, desserts, or whatever they would like to contribute! Each serving station would include the name and logo of which restaurant it came from. Our event committee will work with you on figuring out logistics such as keeping hot food warm, desserts from melting, etc. We want to make your generous donation as easy a process as possible!

We are making our best effort to pull the community together for this event, but there will still be expenses our organization will have to cover out-of-pocket. We graciously accept any form of monetary donations from contributing individuals or businesses, and will call you a partner of S.Y.STEM Coalition.

6 MONETARY

Let us know if your business would like to donate any type of spirits or mixers to keep this party going til 2am. We are opening our arms to whatever you choose to contribute, whether it is a 12-pack or a keg of your own brewed beer. Based on our alcohol donations, we will formulate a cocktail menu for the evening.

Our silent auction is one highlight of the evening. Please contact us if you would like to put together a prize or basket as a silent auction item.

We are looking for an affordable means of providing security at the party where our guests can feel safe and party responsibly. This includes ID-checking, bouncers, and security guards. If you think you can work out a discount for our organization, please let us know!

We think this would be a great event for any photographer to add to his/her portfolio, as we are decorating with beautiful lights and guests will be in glittering attire. Please let us know if you'd like to volunteer to capture these moments!
